The Western Pennsylvania Family Center (WPFC) is a non-profit educational and training organization (501c3) founded in September, 1985 for the purpose of advancing Bowen family systems theory and enhancing individual functioning in the context of families, organizations and communities. This mission and vision is based in Bowen family systems theory, which is taught through workshops, lectures, and conferences, formal training and education in Bowen theory, and coaching and consultation services for individuals, families, and organizations.
