I never imagine that in 2008 when I walked in YogaOne—the studio founded by and that yoga would change my life for the better. And almost twenty years later, yoga has done that and so much more. Of all the many yoga teachers who have inspired me (and there are so many) Albina and Roger hold a special place in my heart. Nice seeing you today in Houston, Roger, with so many others your work in yoga has touched. Twenty years and still flowing strong.
