If you are seeing detoxes, cleanses, and “undo December” plans everywhere, ignore them.

You don't need punishment for enjoying your life.

We all indulge from time to time, and sometimes we actually are too busy to train because a meeting has overrun.

What you really need is a system that can handle it.

That is what gets results long term.
