Skipping meals.
Obsessing over steps.
Endless tracking with no understanding. Starting fresh every Monday.

They feel productive, and reduce your guilt, but in reality they keep you stuck.

If you want to move forward, block out the noise, stop jumping on the latest trend and focus on what actually works.

Consistency over everything.

- Eat a balanced diet high in vegetables and protein with limited alcohol
- Lift weights every week
- Stay active and walk where you can
- Sleep as much as possible

September is the best time to start. Why?
