I am a newly qualified Osteopath in Exmouth with a clinic space, and also provide mobile appointments.

I use osteopathic techniques, such as mobilisation, manipulation and soft tissue
release to provide pain relief, increased mobility and reduced tension for my patients.

I treat anything from sports injuries to age related aches and pains, to acute and
chronic conditions

TAI CHI

I teach tai chi, qigong and meditation.

These sessions involve warm up exercises, Qigong and Tai Chi and are open to everyone.

Everything is done from a standing position. By focussing the mind and breath on repetitive, rhythmic movements you
should gain a sense of peace and relaxation whilst also improving your balance.

The benefits for myself and my students have been colossal and I am very much looking forward to teaching anyone else who would like to learn.

After such difficult times, this event is FREE to enter, to participate in a demo, to browse the stalls, to listen to the Talks, and to ask advice from our nutritionist.

The only small fees relate to therapy - so a great fun day can be had by all for FREE.

We’d love as many people to know as possible, so if you know of a wall anywhere this poster would look nice, we’d be ever so grateful if it could be put up.
