This is one of my fav cardio & abs HIIT. Can be done at home, outside or at the gym. No equipment needed! Shorten the rest to 30s for more intensity

🤾‍♀️ Cardio & Abs finisher

Warm up (30s ea x 2, 60s rest) [5 minutes]
Quick side step
Quick back step (squeeze glute)
Squat jumps (or high knees)
Mountain climbers

(30s ea x 2/3, 60s rest after ea round)
[6 minutes per round]
A. Quick side step
B. CW ab circles
C. CCW ab circles

D. High knees (or jump squats)
E. Opp shoulder mountain climbers
F. Both legs raise (or scissors)

G. Star jumps
H. V-ups
I. Plank + leg raise (squeeze glute)

I would add, on the second portion of the exercise imagine the diaphragm and pelvic floor moving down as you’re breathing in and slightly tightening as you’re breathing out.
