Live A Delicious Life A health and wellness page encouraging you to make little changes in your life to improve your health Hi I am Jo.

I am a qualified high school science teacher (on sabbatical for the foreseeable future), wife, and mum to two very active children living in the Middle East. I am a Certified Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, NYC. Over the last two years I have become passionate about eating real, nutrient dense whole food and cutting out the refined, processed food imitators. I believe that many of the chronic diseases of today's society are down to poor diet and lifestyle. If you have to label my personal eating style it's 'paleo -ish'. Veggies, ethical meats when possible, healthy fats, fruits, nuts, seeds, sustainable fish and the odd delicious baked treat with unrefined flours and alternatives to sugar. This page is to share with you articles, hints and tips, recipes and other interesting things that I am learning along my way, oh, and sometimes just things that simply make me smile!
