Built on the desire to support others on their health journey, MaryRuth’s is the passion project of MaryRuth Ghiyam, Certified Health Educator, Nutritional Consultant and Culinary Chef. MaryRuth was inspired to learn how people could use nutrition to live longer, healthier lives. While working one-on-one as a nutritional consultant, she noticed a gap in the supplement industry; it prompted MaryRuth to formulate a wholesome multivitamin, with vegan, non-GMO ingredients, safe for the entire family to take. Her vision has grown into an entire line of liquid supplements & probiotics, capsules, gummy vitamins and, last but not least, face and body products.

Our Story

Message from the Founder, MaryRuth Ghiyam

My name is MaryRuth and since 2006, I have dedicated my life to health. After my father and brother passed away from heart conditions, my mother became ill with 2 benign brain tumors. I realized I had to find a way to help my mother heal. At that time, it was the turning point in the economy; we lost everything. Determined to take care of my mother, I traveled the country to learn about the body’s path to healing itself and became a Certified Health Educator, Nutritional Consultant, and later I started a program called The MaryRuth Method.

The program helped people reach their ideal weight and better health by teaching them how the digestive tract serves as our second brain. In just one year, hundreds of people signed up with me to achieve their ideal weight, health & energy! The MaryRuth Method spread so quickly. Soon after, I wanted to develop a line of healthy supplements, made with delicious, wholesome ingredients, that I would feel good about giving my own family and clients.

In 2014, I formulated the Morning Liquid Multivitamin and Nighttime Liquid Multimineral. By May 2015, our Liquid Vitamins became the #1 selling liquid vitamin nationwide on Amazon, and that’s how MaryRuth Organics was born!
