🔶 Dr Bradley Hillier, Consultant Psychiatrist, provides medical leadership. He is a respected senior psychiatrist who studied medicine at the internationally renowned Trinity College, University of Oxford, then trained at a range of prestigious establishments, including London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, the Institute of Psychiatry Psychology and Neuroscience (King's College London) and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (FRCPsych).
🔷 Brad has over 20 years of experience in the UK and Jersey and Guernsey (Channel Islands), and has been invited to speak at national and international conferences, as well as consult for and international organisations such as the United Nations. He has roles in the The Royal College of Psychiatrists, The Council of Europe, The Nightingale Hospital London, and is frequently invited to be an expert in high profile and sensitive cases in the British and Channel Islands Courts.

🔶 Mr Christopher Lambourne is Chief Operating Officer and has decades of experience in the nhs.uk and a number of other household name organisations, as well as consulting. As Care Quality Commission Registered Manager he brings a robust governance framework to ensure that high standards are set and maintained with confidence.
🔷 Our patient journey starts when you contact one of our wonderful client team members: Mrs Anna England and Mrs Cathy Wilson who are there to guide you through the process of arranging a psychiatric assessment, and can provide you with all the information you need.
🔷 Our Transformation Lead, Mr Andrea Ligabue, is constantly working behind the scenes to ensure that our organisation is running smoothly, following procedures, and improving our service constantly, be that through responding to feedback from patients, or requests made by other members of the team to make the experience, effectiveness, and quality better. 🔶We are also proud to be affiliated with the Nightingale Hospital, Marylebone, which is Central London's most prestigious private psychiatric unit. Owing to Dr Hillier' affiliation we have the ability to admit patients to the high quality wards to stabilise and treat mental health problems which cannot be managed in the community, and which may not meet the very high thresholds of the NHS. Further, we are able to access the specialised substance use detoxification and rehab inpatient services and pathway, as Dr Hillier has experience in working with this group of patients; we can access the specialist Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Inpatient Service, and we can facilitate referrals to our colleagues in Eating Disorder services.
🔷 Our patients can also access the Nightingale Outpatient and Day Therapy services for OCD, general psychiatry, ADHD, addiction, eating disorders and more. Specialised therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and a wide a range of other psychological therapies are available to our patients. Specialist community addiction and recovery services are also available at Start2Stop in Kensington and Chelsea through the affiliation with Nightingale Hospital.
🔶We also work with a range of other providers for outpatient wraparound care, including many therapists of multiple modalities to accommodate almost all needs, be these individual, couples, family, adapted for neurodivergence and group therapy.

🟨We are known for our specialised knowledge and approach for LGBTQIA+ people, being minority-stress informed to formulate and understand the additional psychological impact that minority status in a majority society especially if a sitgmatised characteristic is present. Dr Hillier is a recognised and published expert in the assessment and treatment of gay, bisexual and men-who-have-sex-with-men (GBMSM) involved in Chemsex.
🟩We take great care to ensure that physical health considerations inform the psychiatric and mental health presentation, and we aim wherever possible to work closely with other service providers, therapists, clinicians etc with consent from the individual.
🟪We are also familiar with complex situations involving multiple diagnosis and lack of clarity, second opinions, as well as challenges in navigating NHS services. In some circumstances this is the most useful outcome in terms of assisting an individual to get the right care, or find a blend of private and NHS care to meet their needs better.
🟥We are also able to provide a service involving co-ordination of multiple care-providers if this is relevant, including accompanying patients to appointments, and making arrangements for accommodation for relatives.
