Ensuring your child’s well-being is a top priority, and that includes their physical development, right down to their little feet 🐾

Love this post from .kids 🙏

Proper foot development in children is not just about adorable baby booties but it also plays a significant role in their overall health and happiness. Here are three important signs to watch for:

1. Flexible Feet: Your child’s feet should be flexible, allowing them to move and adapt easily.

2. Symmetry Matters: Both feet should have a similar shape and alignment.

3. Normal Reflexes: Keep an eye on reflexes like stepping and toe-grasping; they’re indicators of proper nerve and muscle function.

Remember, every child is unique! While the mentioned indicators provide general guidelines, specific concerns should be discussed with a foot health specialist who can offer personalized advice.

There's an increased warning about 'text neck' caused from looking down at your phone or tablet too often. Follow these tips to prevent permanent damage:

Firstly, holding your phone up higher, so it is closer to eye level will prevent strain, as will ensuring you sit correctly in front of your computer.
Taking frequently breaks from devices and getting up and walking around every 30 minutes will also help.
Finally, try to avoid looking down for extended periods - either at a phone or something else.
