I felt so good when I decided this! Do you ever feel like you need or want more space?

I woke up the other day & KNEW I needed to make space.
Quit Facebook, the voice in my head said.
Be intentional and create boundaries so I can create more energy within myself and have more energy to give outside myself.

Energy needs space to move.
A fundamental principle of energy as medicine.

I want to share everything I have learnt about energy over the past 14+ years and be of service, which means being focused.

This means I will not be HERE.
I am not going to be using Facebook or Messenger. Deleted the apps from my devices.

It has taken me sooo long to recover from burnout, a decade of insomnia and a whole load of physical, emotional and mental things layered around, under and on top of that.

Keeping me stuck in ‘this feels rubbish’ and I am repeating patterns that I need to let go of.

I’m not going to lie, it’s been brutal at times.

BUT this journey has been the most, beyond my wildest dreams, fulfilling. Growth has been happening 😋

It has led me to know:
✨ myself
✨ what environment suits me
✨ what lights me up
✨ all about energy as medicine
✨ how to release trapped emotions
✨ how to let go of the past
✨ how to recode subconscious beliefs
✨ how to unlock my creativity
✨ create a life that fits me just right
✨ how to find my soulmate & spiritual life partner

Kind of feels like I’ve been below ground for 10yrs and now I’m emerging, slowly and gently.

So: wherever you are in your journey I salute you. May you have the trust & courage to keep on going.
