A few tips for when you’re ordering pasta 🍝 at a restaurant:

🟣 ask for extra veggies 🥦

🟣 ask for a take-out container right away and put half in it for leftovers ✔️

🟣 when preparing the leftovers at home, add some additional protein & veg 🍗
