Liam's leaps and bounds Liam's take on the world .

Liam and his twin brother came to the world a bit early at 24 weeks ,Liam only weighed 584gms and jackson at a bigger 796gms ,and well i guess being so prem it's has had it's problems over the years ,Liam's conditions are stacked up, he has cerebral palsy,autism,is peg feed (by a tube direct to the gut) ,his kidney's don't work all the time and a few other med conditions ,but he is the happiest lil person I know ,he has a big brother Daniel and big sister Jess ,his twin partner in crime Jackson and his lil brother Rhys ,and then there is us his mum and dad ,I hope you enjoy Liam's leap's and Bound's as much as I enjoy sharing them !!
