Thank God for the blessing of living in the United States, and for the people he’s placed in my life. So easy to take for granted the ability and the freedom we have to see and enjoy God’s beautiful creation here where we live. When I scheduled the trip, I wasn’t at all thinking about the fact that it was going to take place on Easter weekend until just before the weekend arrived. But what an amazing reminder to be thankful for every single thing God has placed in my life including this rare, and amazing few days with the boys.

Hi All!

I’m excited to announce I’m working with FirstFitness Nutrition to help people reach their health and fitness goals! I’ve been passionate about health and wellness for a long time. I have done a large amount of research on different supplements, ingredients and their effects on the human body, and I want to use my experiences and knowledge to assist those who want to live a healthier lifestyle. I’ll briefly explain a little bit about them. They’re a faith based company, headquartered in Texas, with most of their products being completely natural and vegan. My grandmother has been working with them since before I was born and has used their supplements regularly to maintain her health, optimize fat loss, and often used them to help my brothers and I throughout a variety of ailments. FirstFitness Nutrition and their supplements have played a large role in my fitness journey and my ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle even while working overnight shifts as a Police Officer.
