It’s the smile in the second photo for me.
This isn’t about eating less, cutting out carbs, or spending hours on the treadmill. It’s about finally giving your body what it needs—and getting results that actually last.
Lauren came to me, stuck in the cycle of eating too little and working out too much, frustrated that nothing was changing. She wanted to reduce her bloating, improve energy, and find a sustainable way to lose weight and feel strong.
