It’s the smile in the second photo for me.

This isn’t about eating less, cutting out carbs, or spending hours on the treadmill. It’s about finally giving your body what it needs—and getting results that actually last.

Lauren came to me, stuck in the cycle of eating too little and working out too much, frustrated that nothing was changing. She wanted to reduce her bloating, improve energy, and find a sustainable way to lose weight and feel strong.

After years of restrictive weekdays and overindulgent weekends, she was still eating significantly under what her body needed, believing it was the only way to lose the 15 pounds that seemed to have slowly crept on since having her last kiddo.

Together, we focused on restoring her metabolism by fueling her body properly, balancing her nutrition, and making sure she had a plan that worked for her life—not against it. And now?

I don’t know about you, but sometimes life gets a little busy (or you forget to pull the chicken out of the freezer 🤦‍♀️) and you gotta grab some take out or fast food for dinner.

Fast food doesn’t have to mean “BAD”. We all have those moments when we’re in a pickle but still want to get some good nutrients in!

There’s no need to throw away the habits you’ve built for yourself just because you need quick and convenient food.
