Do you know how powerful it is to pause—to step back from the noise, breathe deeply, and check in with what really matters?

In a world that constantly pushes us to go, do, and produce, pausing is an act of self-respect. It’s how we remember who we are beneath the overwhelm. It’s how we realign with what actually nourishes us—so we can move forward with more clarity, ease, and purpose.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or just a little off-center, we want to invite you to do the same.

Pause. Recharge. Realign. Reset.

This Sunday, we’re hosting Kula’s Mindset Reset workshop at the beautiful Rainbow Lodge Retreat Center. We’ll move through a gentle yoga flow, practice calming breathwork, and settle into a nourishing sound bath meditation—all centered around connection and coming home to yourself.

You don’t have to do it all alone. You don’t even need to do anything perfectly. Just show up and let yourself be held in a space of support and intention.

Lately, we’ve been talking a lot about how much easier life feels when we know we’re not alone — especially when everything around us feels uncertain or overwhelming.

That’s why we’ve so excited to invite you to Mindset Reset — a gentle, heart-centered workshop we’re leading on Sunday, May 4th from 3-4:30 pm at the beautiful Rainbow Lodge Retreat Center.

We’ll move through a gentle yoga flow, practice breathwork to create more ease, and settle into a deeply restorative sound bath meditation.
The whole intention is simple: to reconnect — to your body, your breath, and the steady support of community.

If you’re craving some space to ground, reset, and remember that you don’t have to do it all alone, this is for you.

Lesson from the mat: when your mind wanders, notice it, let it go, and come back to your breath. Begin again.

This simple and powerful practice extends beyond your meditation or yoga practice. As you step into the new year and work toward healthier habits, remember—it’s okay to stray from the plan. When you notice yourself drifting, resist the urge to judge yourself. Instead, pause, let go of the negativity, and with self-love and compassion, begin again.

I am so excited to announce a new class on my teaching schedule. Starting this Wednesday at 7:30am at I will teaching YOGASTRONG.

YogaSTRONG is a class where strength and mindfulness intertwine in a dynamic fusion class like no other. This energetic class blends 30 minutes of bodyweight strength training with 30 minutes of restorative yoga flow and deep stretching.

You will not only build muscular strength and endurance but also cultivate balance, coordination, and mental focus.

As I have aged, I started losing muscle mass and strength, experienced a sluggish metabolism, mood swings, decreased energy levels, and confidence. I realized I had to add strength training to my daily workout schedule to help rebuild what I had lost. Adding strength training to my yoga practice seemed like the perfect combination, hence the creation of YogaStrong. I am excited to finally get to teach this class and work out with you.

If you are new to they have a 10 for $10 Special. I hope you will come workout with me.
