✨Closing a Chapter, Opening a New One✨

For the past two years, this space has been a beautiful, welcoming home — a safe container where students could explore, grow, and reconnect with themselves. It’s here that I was able to expand my 1:1 work with youth, families, and adults, offering personalized support that fostered meaningful connection and transformation.

I believe it’s important to honor where we’ve been, because every step shapes where we are today. This chapter has given me so much—community, learning, and countless moments of meaningful support.

A heartfelt thank you to Jennifer Van Rossum for sharing your space with me. If you or someone you know is looking to share an office space part-time, please reach out to Jennifer.💖

Now, with gratitude, I’m stepping into a new space — carrying the lessons and love of this chapter, while opening the door to new possibilities for transformation, deeper connection, and expanded opportunities to support my students. I can’t wait to reveal it to you soon. ✨

🌻 August Practices 🌻

In mind‑body coaching, we talk about inner resources—your built‑in ability to steady, support, and guide yourself through anything.

You strengthen them not through grand gestures, but through small daily moments of connection with yourself. when you return to these moments consistently, they settle into your body. That’s embodiment – and it’s how habits are formed from the inside out.

Try these Practices on:
✨ Morning Breath – I greet the day with calm and clarity
✨ Presence Pause – I am here, fully present in this moment
✨ Midday Check‑In – I honor what I need right now
✨ Evening Release – I let go and welcome rest

These don’t require extra time on your calendar—just a willingness to pause, notice, and tune inward.

💛 Small moments. Steady practices. Consistency that becomes your new way of being.

📅 Which of these will you bring into your August? Share below. ⬇️

Two years of growing together. 🌱

This message from a parent means everything:
“Thank you for showing both my kids loving kindness. You are invaluable to us all.”

Longevity matters. When we commit to the practice—not perfection—we create space for true growth.

This work isn’t about fixing.
It’s about building trust, gaining confidence, and cultivating the inner resources to meet life’s challenges with resilience and grace.

Over the past two years, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside this family—helping their boys deepen self-awareness, regulate big emotions, and develop tools they can return to again and again-in school, in athletics, in life.

This is the power of consistent, compassionate support.

This is the heart of mind-body coaching.💖

Let’s chat—over tea, in person or online. I’d love to connect and explore how this work could support you or your child.

Honored and excited to be part of the Nourishing Minds, Sustaining Futures Summit: Food, Nature, and Wellness for a Resilient World!

Grateful to share space with so many thoughtful and inspiring voices.

One of my deepest passions is guiding children to explore how the outer world of nature reflects and supports their inner world. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—this nature-based framework helps students connect with both their environment and themselves. Through simple, accessible practices like breathwork, movement, and reflection, we invite presence, curiosity, and well-being—in and beyond the classroom.

These embodied experiences become powerful inner resources students can return to again and again!
