Danced the night away? Here is some top tootsie advice! 🤩💚👣💃🏻🪩

The Big Soak: Once you’re home, treat your feet to a 15-minute warm bath with some Epsom salts. It’s the quickest way to soothe that "party burn" and help any inflammation settle down.

The DIY Massage: While you’re relaxing on the couch, grab a tennis ball or a cold water bottle. Roll it under the arch of your foot to give your muscles a deep stretch—it feels amazing and works wonders for your arches.

Level Up: When you finally hit the hay, prop your feet up on a pillow. Elevating them slightly while you sleep helps any swelling disappear by morning.

Take a "Heel Holiday": Give your favorite pumps a break for at least 48 hours. Stick to your most supportive sneakers or comfy flats to let your tendons stretch back out and recover.
