Go figure Dan Patrick would pull some s**t like this. All the more reason we are calling on Office of the Governor Greg Abbott to veto SB3!
Destroying this 6 year old industry is a mistake! It is wrong, it will destroy the lives of millions of Texans!

The move could anger House members who agreed to ban recreational THC with assurances that veterans and others in need would have better access to the program.

So last night the House of “Representatives” (i use that word lightly” voted in favor of SB3.
95-44. They are voting against Texans and small businesses. This is disgraceful.

Our “Representative” in Anderson county, Cody Harris voted in favor of the bill.
He doesn’t give a s**t how hard we have worked over the last 6 years. He doesn’t give a s**t about my 3 kids, nor any of our consumers. He wants to force all of the consumers into the T-Cup program. Tcup is a garbage program that is way too expensive and…. FEDERALLY ILLEGAL… His office number is - (512) 463-0730

They want to criminalize Texans who use Federally Legal h**p products. They will throw you in jail for a year if you posess a h**p product that has other cannbinoids that arent CBG or CBD.

Let’s be clear, this isnt about safety, this is about criminalizingng a plant. This is about refilling the prisions that are failing. This is about protecting the pharmaceutical industries. One representative testified yesterday that the medical industry has lost 1.2 billion dollars in revenue since H**p was legalized.. YES, thats the point! People having a choice to use a plant over a pharmaceutical drug..

H**p is working exactly how it is supposed to and the state doesn’t like it. They want to rip the rug out from under our feet and return the 10 billion dollars this industry generates to the black market. They think the revenues will transfer to the Tcup program, but it wont, this is going to bolster the black markets we have fought to diminish.

Our last hope is to convince the Governor to veto SB3. His office number is - (512) 463-2000

SB3 will destroy the entire H**p industry in Texas.
