Hello! I’m Mary. I’ve been supporting families in the Washington, DC area for over 15 years as an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant), RD (Registered Dietitian), and postpartum doula. I love to work with families in helping them achieve their feeding goals, whatever that might look like for them. I specialize in breastfeeding and latching difficulties, milk supply issues, tongue tie, prenatal breastfeeding preparation, pumping, and fussy babies.
