Heart Attack vs. Cardiac Arrest – Know the Difference!

⚡ Heart Attack = Blocked blood flow to the heart.
💔 Cardiac Arrest = Heart suddenly stops beating.

A heart attack can lead to cardiac arrest due to dangerous heart rhythms.

We were absolutely thrilled with the success of today’s CPR event at Sevenoaks Leisure Centre! 💙 It was fantastic to see so many attendees eager to learn the vital skills of CPR and defibrillator use—skills that can truly save lives.

A special shoutout to our incredible Resuscitation Lead, Jamie Morrison, whose engaging and informative session kept everyone captivated while ensuring these life-saving techniques were easy to remember. 🙌

A huge thank you to Everyone Active Sevenoaks Leisure Centre for their invaluable support in making this important community event possible. Giving people the confidence to step in and help during an emergency is what it’s all about!
