Before AND after!

Oh how I've missed my dark hair with peacock blue- green. 🪬✨️🧚‍♂️

It felt good to wear my natural hair color! For me, it was a next level healing, looking in the mirror and seeing so much of my mom in me, has helped the start of a new journey, it helped start a deeper healing, a very deep rooted mother wound.

A wound that had me trapped in such low self worth, a wound that had me questioning if I was enough, or too much. A wound that that had me questioning if I was lovable.

Over the last few months I have not only deepened my love for self, I have bloomed into such a magical flower. Yes, old thoughts still creep in, the way I show up for myself when those thoughts creep in has changed.
I no longer believe those thoughts, I know those thoughts were programed into my mind by my mother, and her mother, and down the lineage.

I am here to scream, IT STOPS HERE!!! NO MORE!!! 🌱🫶🪬✨️🤓
