Breathrise Yoga The practice of Yoga,Breath work,Movement,Meditation and Relaxation In 2008 she began her teacher training with East to West Yoga and Pilates Studio in Toronto.

Deborah Hackett has lived in the Brighton area for over 30 years, practicing art, raising a family, involving herself in community and studying life.
16 years ago she began studying yoga seriously re-awakening a journey that began 40 years ago with a yoga class in a community centre. She attended weekly Hatha Yoga classes before experiencing a variety of teaching styles through the Yoga Conference in Toronto. She has attained her EWYT 350 and her EWYT 500 certificate through East to West. Deborah continues to study and learn by taking classes with other yoga instructors, through her own sadhana (practice) and from her students. Deborah loves to share the practice of yoga by exploring body awareness through breath work, movement, meditation and relaxation allowing the student to experience their own yoga to bring about a more centered state of being.
