I wanted something different, a soup that speaks to Autumn in the air. I got my hands on some baby bok choy and it looked delicious. In my copper bottom pan I chopped up organic garlic, cut up organic lions mane mushrooms (never had them or bok choy before) stir fried in organic grassfed butter, sesame oil, and olive oil. I added 1 cup of Kettle & Fire Thai Chicken Curry Bone Broth soup made from free range chickens and also has coconut milk in it with those delicious Thai curry spices. As it came to a simmer I added 1 & 1/2 cups filtered water plus chopped green onions, small wild caught salad shrimp and a small can of wild caught sockeye red salmon. Brought to a simmer, added the bok choy sliced in half lengthwise, bottoms first standing up in the pan. Cooked at a simmer in the broth for approx. 3 minutes then laid the tips in the soup to cook another couple minutes. Turned the heat off and let it rest. This was absolutely delicious!! If you want to know the mega long list of nutrients in this soup, just ask. All of the ingredients are wild caught and organic which means I'm consuming foods free of cancer and inflammatory causing chemical sprays.
