I feel trapped, I feel alone and confused. My kids have been away from me for to long . I can't have any contact because the father filed a violation against me. He lied and said the kids are not safe around me, I'm on Drugs and I am abusive. It's not true and now I have to prove it by taking a Drug test and visits from CPS. How can a Father call his self a Dad, when he abandoned his kids for years without any support and putting the Mother of his kids through court cases after cases.He is trying to take them away from the after 14 years. I will fight for my kids. What would you do?

This question is to all single Mother's. I am a single Mom of two without the father's support. After 14 years the father is doing and saying anything bad about me to take my kids to another state. He filed for visitation rights 02/06/2018. We went to court, he claim that I was keeping him away from his kids. That is not true. I am being accused of being abusive and on drugs. That's not true. Why would the courts allow a man who has been out of his kids life for so long without giving a good ??? reason. I asked my kids, if they wanted to spend time with there Dad. The answer was YES. He was a fun guy back than, so I don't understand why is he trying his hardest to spit my family.The courts told him to return my kids. He did and than they said that they had to go. The first day of school was on the next day. The father calls me and asked if the kids can come and get there book bag and some school supply. Sure I said, well the kids came into the house. As they were leaving we kissed and hug and I said have a nice 1st day of school. It felt good because that was the first time there father has ever dropped and picked them up. Check this out- the same day he when to the courts and filed a violation petition for me to have no contact with my kids because I was mad that my kids did not want to stay and I was causing a scene. That is not true. What would you do?
