Can you imagine what the positive impact would be on your health, wellbeing and fitness over one year? Which means during a year you would build up lots of new healthy habits. There are 7 days in a week, our brains take in 7 bits of information every second, there are 7 Habits of Highly Successful People, 7 is a lucky number and I am sure you can think of lots of “7” based things including 7 deadly sins (not so good), however you are sometimes allowed the odd treat! However, if you can’t manage SEVEN, do a few less, the whole concept is about doing something towards being healthier, fitter and more productive. Why 7 weeks?
7 Weeks is long enough for your brain to learn new habits. Some people think that 21 days works or 30 days or even 90 days. 7 Weeks is 49 days just less than half way between 30 days and 90 days!
