LIEZEL IS A Holistic Core Restore Coach� and Pilates Teacher

Liezel trained and qualified as a matwork pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates in 2010 and has also completed and converted her training to BASI to include the full range of equipment. Pilates for Liezel was a source of healing after a spinal injury but she soon realised the other benefits of pilates, it stretches, strengthens and aims for overall balance of the body. Liezel believes in a dynamic and active approach when teaching while still relaxing the mind, thus releasing tension and stress in the body which is essential to bring about constructive healing and change in the body. Liezel has also done further training and workshops to expand and refine her knowledge which includes specialist courses such as Pregnancy 1 and 2 (Body Control Pilates) and Low back pain (Body Control Pilates).

Does your 'Pelvic Floor Exercise' look like this?? Hope so, because we're calling time on programmes that don't involve you MOVING, don't incorporate your breath and don't prioritize beautifully connecting your Pelvic Floor with the rest of your body.
