Hit a PR 3x10 at 120lbs 💪 my goal was 3x6 reps so 10 I was overjoyed with 🙌 (setup is everything for me with these)

Upper Body Workout

1. Bent over rows
2. Bicep strict straight arm curls SS with hammer curls
3. Assisted neutral grip pull-ups
4. V-bar tricep pressdown SS with one-arm overhead tricep extension
5. Lateral raises

I’m working around an injury so doing what I can and what doesn’t hurt, but still grinding 💪
