As a First Responder, I know how important it is to work on those things on a daily basis. The World Health Organization defines wellness as”...a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
Wellness to me is an overall well-being. It incorporates the mental, emotional, physical, occupational, intellectual, and spiritual aspects of your life.
