Participants will receive tailored energetic balancing through hands-on reiki, restorative yoga, sound healing, and meditation.

I’ve noticed a common theme over the past few weeks has been clients feeling anxious and hypervigilant. When we are in this state it means we are leaking energy and moving from a place of depletion rather than nourishment. This is an aspect of energy healing that I am most passionate about! Helping you learn how to fill your internal cup so that you react and interact in a state of ebb and flow without the extremes.

I came across this statement and I thought it was a perfect reminder of what I know to be true:

Anxiety overestimates the threat

and

underestimates your ability to deal with it.

If you are finding yourself moving from a place of scarcity and hypervigilance try this simple step. When you feel your energy running out in front of you trying to scan the environment, scoop your arms out and forward like you are holding a big beach ball. Then pull your hands back towards your belly. Visualize yourself pulling your energy back into your field. You can even say out loud, “I am calling my energy back.”

It takes just a few seconds and can be an incredible reminder of just how powerful you are. That you have the experience, skills, and love to honor your needs and prioritize your energetic flow.

To learn to trust yourself. To learn that you are the expert on you. To understand that so many ingrained patterns and beliefs were never yours to begin with.

That now is the time to embrace and evolve into the most authentic version of YOU.
