My Journey to Freedom
Authentically Me was born out of my need to find a space where I felt whole.
For years I was paralyzed by perfectionism, chronically misunderstood, and so compartmentalized that I was losing myself in my endless attempts to maintain control and keep other people happy.
More than anything, I was desperate for one space that accepted and affirmed ALL of me. When I couldn’t find what I needed, I created it for myself.
Authentically Me is my commitment to creating spaces where we all have the freedom, skills, and resources to LIVE and LOVE as our genuine and authentic selves. In this space, I come to you as my full and complete self to share my expertise, opinions, and experiences in the name of healing and liberation. This space is specially curated for other womxn like me looking for a space to drop the masks and create our own peace. With a focus on LOVE, PARENTING, HEALING, SOCIAL JUSTICE, and everyday LIFE, I will share all I know about how to embody authenticity. I hope that standing in my truth helps set you free.
