Intermittent Fasting for beginners!!

Intermittent Fasting (IF) is the ancient secret of health. This concept has been practiced throughout all of human history and it's one that we have simply forgotten. IF is being rediscovered in many ways and the powerful benefits it brings with it are fast becoming the reason people are seeing improvements in their health and wellness. When used correctly, people can experience weight loss, increased energy as well as reversal of many nutrition related disease processes.

Simply put, Fasting is not STARVATION, it is CONTROL!

Starvation is involuntary and is neither deliberate or controlled. Fasting is voluntary, withholding food for spiritual, health or other reasons. There are many types of fasting that can be practiced with great benefit to ones health and wellness. Choosing the right one is a personal choice and must be one that helps to create a welcoming place in your life.

I encourage you to do some "homework" in the online world to learn more of the benefits of fasting, specifically intermittent fasting, and how it may be helpful on your journey to better wellness. 😉
