To all my ladies… can I share something personal?

For years, I’ve been in the wellness space—coaching, teaching, and guiding women through fitness, health, and life. I’ve done it in gyms, in boardrooms, and behind the scenes.

And if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this: wellness isn’t a checklist... it’s a lifestyle that needs covering, care, and community.

After stepping back for a season (because honestly... social media can be a lot), I felt God pulling me to create something different. A space that feels safe. Still. Purposeful.

So I did.

I’ve created a space for women—especially those of us who carry a lot, lead a lot, and love deeply—to gather and be nourished. We’re talking real-life wellness: spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical. Rooted in Proverbs 31. Free from the noise, ads, and pressure.

We’re not chasing perfection.�We’re choosing consistency.�Together.

And yes, I’m still working in real estate (because Proverbs 31 reminds us we can be multi-passionate women who manage homes and build empires 🙌🏽).

But this right here?

This is about pouring back into ourselves.

Week 2 of my program…. I know it’s been a minute since I’ve posted but believe you me, I’m still on it with my workouts. I fell off for a while but slowly and surely getting back to my old self. Roughly 20 minutes every morning and walking at least 30 minutes a day. I’m finding the older I get, not only can I not do all the traditional HIIT moves I used to but I just don’t want to 🤷🏽‍♀️. Posting for accountability because in 6 weeks Im about to be FINE! If you want to join me, let me know.

Sometimes we look at our lives and think I wish I were here, achieved this goal, lost weight, bought a home, leveled up…. But when we look at how far we’ve already come and we are not the same as we were yesterday; that’s a blessing. Be thankful where you are, the journey and how far you’ve come!

The last few weeks have been a lot. Covid was rampant… everyone was sick…. And everything our household literally shut down. Just focusing on getting better was difficult all by itself …. No energy to meal prep or cook… let alone workout.

Slowly but surely I’m getting there… we are getting there. Thing is, life hands us crooks in the road. Every path isn’t always straight. And neither are our goals. We have to learn to give ourselves grace along the way.

If something has put a wrench in your plans lately; or maybe you just needed a break, or stopped working on you…. I hear you.

I encourage you to pick back up and do something. Even if it’s a walk, a quick stretch….. attempting for at least one healthy meal. Do what you can; and give yourself grace for the rest.
