Just a polite reminder of part of my T&C’s, that are agreed to prior to any appointment:

‘I agree to the fee of the cost of the appointment for failure to attend a pre-agreed appointment or when I fail to cancel without providing 24-hour notice’

I understand there are circumstances when notice is difficult to give. How we please understand this is my work and my income. Adequate notice also gives me the opportunity to offer the appointment to those in need or who are want a sooner appointment.

‘Look after your body, it’s the only one you have!’

🌱Turmeric is plant of the Ginger family, best known as a yellow spice.

🙌🏼Curcumin is the primary bioactive substance in turmeric which has the anti-inflammatory properties.

🌀Curcumin is poorly absorbed in the body which is why it is paired with Piperine, a black pepper extract.

⚖️We need 20 mg of Piperine per 500 mg of Curcumin.

💪🏼1500mg of Curcumin per day for effectivity.

Happy hump day! 🐪

🔥So here’s my little morning burn out I do most mornings

🥶I do this straight after my cold shower fist thing in the morning. Great little set up for the day.

💪🏼Adapt it to suit your strength and fitness levels.

🤸🏻‍♂️Smash out all reps of all exercises without stopping. You might want to reduce the reps or increase reps and sets if you need to make it more challenging. You should near to failure on the last reps of the last sets.

3x:
➡️x20 Push Ups
➡️x20 Air Squats
➡️x20 full Sit Ups
