As an ex nurse, I'm passionate about women developing healthier lifestyles. During my own circumstances of trying to shed the stubborn baby-weight, my hormones were always hampering my efforts. Based on those experiences, I have come to the conclusion that there is far too much conflicting information floating about, particularly regarding nutrition and exercise.
