I started working with Kayleigh again in January to train for my first show, after years of yoga and Pilates building a strong foundation.

The woman on the left was a new mom, nursing a child. She was beautiful… but I can see in her demeanor how she felt.

On the right, I see a woman who is more confident. Focused on becoming stronger, not smaller. A woman who made it through divorce, graduate school, losing a parent, single motherhood… and everything that comes with it.

I hate “before and afters” that reduce a person to how they look. I love my body for all she has done for me. She gave me Bodhi, my greatest gift and she carried me through every step of the journey.

There is no going back after motherhood. Only moving forward into a stronger, more powerful version of yourself.
