Daily I reflect on my Blessings and am proud of what I have accomplished mentally and physically. Since beginning my journey to a Healthy Lifestyle, I have overcome so many goals and obstacles. Many of which I never thought I could, this leaves me to believe I can do ANYTHING I put my mind too. From running, committing to exercise and trying new workout routines and challenges I am amazed what I can achieve. I now would like to pay it forward to help others realize that they can do anything...just TRY!
