Often our treatments require multiple therapies. This case was one which had a central incisor with external resorption. The lateral was a pontic site which had collapsed and required buccal augmentation. The rest of the teeth including the socket shield and implant site had minor class 1 recession that needed treatment as well. The options are to do them separately or if possible together to reduce the number of surgeries needed. This case shows how we completed the socket shield and then completed a soft tissue ridge augmentation and cornily repositioned flap with the concomitant placement of a connective tissue graft. The 23 and 22 area where treated with a Gum Drop Technique described by Delia Tuttlle
