My name is Lisa and I am a stay at home mom with 3 littles and I am happily married to my high school sweetheart. I have always lived an active life style. Playing softball, swimming, & cheering as a child and continuing to cheer in high school and college! In 2011, I really got into running thanks to my good friend Jennifer Moore and haven't looked back. I enjoy all types of races! I ran my first 5K in October 2011. I have ran numerous 5K's, 10K's, mud/obstacle runs and 2 - half marathons. I also love triathlons! I competed in my first sprint distance triathlon in the summer of 2013. Future goals include an Olympic distance TRIathon, earning a Spartan Trifecta medal, a MARATHON and a Half IRONMAN!! I am now adding Beachbody coach to my list of accomplishments! Since August, I have been focusing on eating clean, drinking my Shakeology and completing my daily Beachbody workout with great results. I love Core de Force! I want to motivate women and show them that they too can achieve their fitness goals! I created this page to serve as a motivator for women/moms who have busy lives, but want to include fitness, staying active & eating clean in their lifestyle!
