Betty-Ann offers Yoga classes and Yoga and Sound classes, in Prestwich and Greater Manchester. She also delivers personal one-to-one sessions.

I was blessed with a Gran who embraced yoga and encouraged me to explore yoga with her from an early age - including asana practice and meditation. She embodied what it was to have yoga in her life - she was a beautiful person, full of kindness, peace and laughter (with a healthy dash of cheekiness). I honour my Gran, and my beautiful boys, with my yoga practice. I would like to share with others

that which I have received through a regular yoga practice: connectedness, space, mindfulness, strength, peace, and something to fall back on when the world gets a bit much sometimes.
