There is no doubt about it, life causes stress. Many of us try to cope with the pressure through unhealthy eating habits and other behaviors that cause disorder. I guide my clients as they embrace new food and lifestyle choices that best support them and allow them to become the best version of themselves. In my coaching practice, I use a holistic approach to health and wellness. All areas of our

lives are connected, so I work with my clients to help them find balance and identify their individual health goals in a way that is lifelong and sustainable. Together we create a step-by-step path toward health and wholeness. This is the pursuit of wellness which means daily choices that lead to good physical and mental health. It was a dream come true to attend and now call myself a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, NY where I was trained in over a 100 different dietary theories and received my training as a Health Coach. I am a certified Holistic Health Practitioner with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Before beginning my practice as a health coach, I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Education. I am a certified teacher in Arkansas and Oklahoma with five years experience teaching nutrition in the public school setting. I have two years experience teaching cooking classes at North Arkansas College, through their continuing education department.
