One Percent Better Nutrition was created to cut the crap in our over-saturated and misinformed health and fitness community. We got tired of "influencers" and companies lying through their teeth, making money off of others' pain and willingness to do anything to get healthy. So we decided to do something about it.

​We created a system that educates and supports our members so they may easily implement what they learn into their daily lives, and the lives of their loved ones. We make nutrition simple and relatable, in hopes to reach as many people as possible. With the power of people and education, we will turn the tables on every weight loss gimmick and fad diet out there! We have three completely different program styles to choose from. Because this stuff is NOT one sized fits all, and there shouldn't be only ONE way to eat better! You can find tons of details on each program on our website! Health is not about crazy limitations and magic pills.

I get it... some of us wanna go ALL IN at 100% ...which is great! But for most of us... perfection isn't the answer. It sets you up for failure or feeling like you failed.

If you have no guidance, then you're left to trust social media... 🤣 best of luck 👍

And time.... we have been molded into instant everything that we lose sight of the fact that results take TIME. You need to focus on the day to day vs 🫠 When you learn to enjoy the every day stuff, the outcome happens much smoother, naturally, and in turn... faster than only focusing on getting there.

Deception in big pharma?? I'm SHOCKED! 😲

As of August 2025.... there's over 2,000 lawsuits against ozempic (semaglutide)/Novo Nordisk.

What's ACTUALLY shocking are the people who convince themselves this isn't real, in order to feel better about using/selling/prescribing it.

My daughter, Maddilynn, was born with Trisomy 21, also knows as Down Syndrome. She is already WAY too cool to be my kid....

My daughter, Maddilynn, was born with Trisomy 21, also knows as Down Syndrome. She is already WAY too cool to be my kid. She loves music, does pullups in her play pen, has proven all of her doctors wrong, and crawls all over the house like a baby race car 😆

The amount of times I hear "I just want it to LOOK like I work out!" from those who DO workout.

Fitness is great! And for a lot of us that's the fun/easy part. 😜 But that's only a small part of your day.

Nutrition is 80%, Fitness is 20%
Abs are made in the kitchen.
You can't outwork a bad diet.

Add in whatever other saying you've heard 239 times.

As annoying and cliché as they sound...
They're true. 🤷‍♀️

So... time to be real with yourself.

I love a good red white and blue 🇺🇲 ...but not in my food.

I'm not one to dEmOnIze ingredients... but we need to start paying more attention to this stuff.

Companies care more about their pockets than your family's health. Plain and simple.

It's up to US to know what to look for and what to avoid whenever we can.

Does that mean they'll NEVER eat them? Probably not. But minimizing dyes as much as possible is one way to help avoid many common issues we see as "normal." I've said it before, and I'll say it again... Just because something is common does NOT mean it's normal!

Your kids will be happier and healthier.. and honestly.... it'll make your life easier as well! winwin

This person coaches for a very well-known program in the crossfit space... So I originally thought this was some sort of like coaching group or community buuuuut nope. She just wants me to buy/use her app. Just more generic s**t. No thanks 😁👌

Automated isn't always the answer. At least not for quality coaching. 🤷‍♀️

Lisa has taken EVERYTHING given to her in our Nutrition Education Course and it SHOWS. Every time I see this woman walk into the gym, I have to do a double take because she looks different every time! 🤗 You can hear more about her journey in the "impromtu tell all" from a few posts ago! 👏

Her sleep has improved, her stamina is better in the gym, her breathing is improving, and she feels the best she has ever felt in her life! She is having non-scale victory after victory!! Including getting some new threads 😎

"One of the blazers is a size 2 lol I know sizes don't really mean anything but that's still a long way from a 10-12."

And she's not stopping or going back!
