The best time to set intentions is during a state of deep meditation, while your awareness is centered. Returning for the 6th year, this workshop will include guided intuitive movement, allowing your innermost essential desires to rise to the surface, and then followed by a profoundly relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation where you will lock your intentions deep within recesses of your mind. Learn how Yoga Nidra can help you let go of pre-programed thoughts, conditioning, and remove obstacles to awaken your greatest potential. Together we will explore more expanded states within the body and mind to heal and rejuvenate from deep within.

Try this somatic yoga exercise next time you are feeling stuck in flight or flight mode or in other words the stress response. I recommend a folded blanket underneath the head for support and bending into the knees as much as needed if the back of your legs or low back is feeling tight. Allow the legs to gently sway from side to side while giving yourself a hug, reaching back towards your shoulder blades. Add in some open mouth audible exhales, deep sighs or even a gentle hum to stimulate the vagus nerve to enhance your relaxation. For more details check out my latest video on my YouTube channel
