About Me
I am a board certified Family Medicine Physician (graduated medical school from the University of Kansas and completed residency in Phoenix, AZ), and I have a real passion for helping mothers breastfeed. For 5 years following residency, I was a stay at home mother in Lawrence, Kansas, raising our 4 children. My own difficulties with breastfeeding opened my eyes to how important breastfeeding support can be for a new mother and child. In short order, I discovered that I had a gift for the art of breastfeeding, as I found myself using my experiences to help friends and family through their breastfeeding difficulties. Now, with my new business, I am beyond excited to share my gift with you!
