April Fisher Health & Fitness I am a mother of two boys ages 4 years and 3 months. I am also a full time certified medical assistant. I enjoy helping people.

I have worked in the healthcare industry for about 3 years. My journey began not so long ago while I was pregnant with my second son. I had been wanting to get healthier and start eating better for sometime, especially for my children. I started drinking Shakeology around the 27-28 week mark of my pregnancy, after discussing with my doctor. I remember this because I was going for a 3 hour glucose

test due to my one hour coming back abnormal. I was concerned that I may have gestational diabetes. I had only been using the shakeology for about week, but my test came back normal! I attribute a big part of why didn't have gestational diabetes to using Shakeology and starting a better path onto healthier eating. I am just like every other mom out there,..I make mistakes....I fall off the saddle...But I continue to get back on. Let me help you start on your path to a healthier lifestyle!!!
