I’ve held onto this for a long time… but it’s finally time.
For years, I’ve loved yoga—not just the movement, but the way it mirrors life. I was a gymnast my whole life, and yoga reminded me of that feeling I used to get when I was competing or creating a routine. But as I got older, it became something deeper… something that shifted my whole world.
Through yoga, I found the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I started questioning everything, researching, healing, shedding, rebuilding. Yoga became more than a practice—it became the foundation of my growth and self-awareness.
So why has it taken me this long to teach?
Because I thought I had to be perfect.
I thought I had to speak flawlessly, never stutter, never forget a cue. I let the fear of not being “enough” hold me back. But the truth is—you can’t teach from a place of perfection. You teach from experience. From imperfection. From heart.
And honestly… getting pregnant changed everything for me. It lit something in me. A new level of strength. I want my baby to grow up watching me lean into discomfort, not run from it. I want them to see that vulnerability is power, and that growth lives just outside your comfort zone.
So here I am, not perfect—but ready.Ready to share my heart.Ready to teach yoga, finally.
