Since it’s month, I wanted to share some things that took a long time for me to practice. 💜
#1 Boundaries. Boundaries in relationships can save them and yourself.
#2 It’s OK to not be ok and get help.
#3 Forgive yourself
#4 Happiness is different for everyone, don’t worry about people judging you for you picking the life that makes you happy
#5 You are doing better than you think you are
Even with training all my clients, I express how much our working out is third, nutrition is second, and our mental health is number 1. 2021 has been all about recovering from 2020 for me. Didn’t even know it effected me as much as it did until this year. Onward and upward 🤍
