Did you know that we have 50,000 thoughts a day? Staggering isn’t it? So evaluate your thoughts carefully! When a negative thought enters your mind ask your self the following question: Is this thought true, is it absolutely 💯 percent true? Remember that our thoughts lie to us and they lie a lot! You don’t have to believe every thought that enters your head. Don’t let your thoughts run the show!!!
