Do you find holidays to be a little stressful or over committed? Do you worry about getting everything done before holidays events?

You’re not alone! Many times we put pressure on ourselves because of traditions we use to enjoy but now feels overwhelming by them.

Here are tips to help you through the holidays so you can enjoy them instead of stressing over them.

1. Plan ahead for what is important for you. Try not to spread yourself too thin so not to create stress of obligation for yourself.

2. Take time each day for self care. Eating healthy, exercising, setting time aside for pray or meditation. Get enough sleep. This will keep you focused and balanced and make good choices.

3. It’s ok to say no to events that aren’t your scene. Pick and choose what is good for you and your mental health.

4. Ask for help when planning a holiday event. Remember bringing friends and family together to help creates healthy memories and strengthen friendships.

5. Remember to be present and enjoy the holidays with family and friends. Remembering past holidays and seeing how much we have changed and celebrating another year together. Create memories that last a lifetime.

I hope this helps you stay healthy during the holidays! Lower your stress levels and enjoy the ones you love during this time.

When you are on your walk today do this.
Clear your mind of all the mind clutter. Breath!

Then give yourself some love for all you do and have done ! Actually tell yourself how much you appreciate you! It sounds funny but speaking it out of your mouth, ear hear it your heart will lighten and you will feel better emotionally and spiritually.

Than visualize what it looks like to have balanced lifestyle for you. Really put details into what that looks like for you.
The more you spend time visualizing what you want the more it will manifest for you.

Practice this daily. It only takes 10 minutes each day.
