Through the door into Faerieland 🧚‍♂️✨️🌳🌈🧝‍♂️

I had the best time at !

It was so wonderful to share the magic of the faerie realms with other people 🥳✨️

To sing, dance, laugh and have fun - enjoying the dreamy beauty of it all 🦋✨️🌸

The music was absolutely fabulous .. there were so many magical and otherworldly musicians that played! And my goodness - do the faerie folk like to dance haha! 🧝‍♂️

I also enjoyed witnessing the little faeries running around and playing - the magic came so naturally to us as children!

We're all connected to the elemental realms - most people have just forgotten
🔥🌳💦🏔✨️

But the magic is there for all of us - ready to be discovered within ourselves!

What a joy it was to meet so many beautiful souls who have that connection to faerie 🧚‍♂️✨️

I saw so many wonderful stalls selling magical items - and lots of whimsical happenings!

For example, Wilbur the gnome (see picture) was up to no good - there was a warrant put out for his arrest 🧙‍♂️😲

Partying too much with the humans, apparently 😂

Your soul's purpose isn't about what you do ..

It's about who you ARE! 🌞

You're here to be your true self - and the more that you align with your soul's expression, the more you will naturally start doing the things that are aligned 🌈✨️🦋

So don't worry about figuring things out .. with regards to projects, career choices, hobbies or different pathways! Don't worry about what you're supposed to be doing!

Simply be who you are - in tune with your deeper soul self - and you'll gravitate more towards the right things anyway ..

Other things will fall away or you'll lose interest in them over time 🌈✨️🦋🌳🌸

There's only one you .. which is pretty amazing!

Just be yourself - and you shall be on the path of living your soul's purpose 🌞

There's so much beauty in Nature 🌸✨️🫐🐞🌳

I'm always astounded by the majestic wonder of it all!

A ladybird came to say hello, landing upon my leg .. and he came with a message! 💌

Nature speaks to us, if we are able to tune in and listen closely .. can you hear her wisdom?

The vibration of authenticity is 4000× stronger than love ❤️ ✨️

Well, according to the SPANE (scale of positive and negative experience) conducted in Germany .. I'm not sure how they measured that haha! 😂

Regardless of the figure, it does feel true that being authentic - being aligned with the uniqueness of your soul expression and who you truly are - probably is the highest vibe you can be in ✨️🌈🌳🌸🌞

It is my wish that all of us can be who we truly are!

Butterfly blessings! 🦋 ✨️

I went to the Buddhafield festival last week (), down in Somerset ⛺️✨️🌈🧙‍♂️🌳🌸

I enjoyed the adventure of travelling somewhere new - and it felt like a very transformative time away!

Life is calling me to expand right now - to become more of who I truly am - and going to Buddhafield felt like a big part of this shift 🕊✨️🔥

I felt quite a lot come up to be healed while I was there - old blocks and insecurities that were ready to melt away so I could expand more in my way of being!

I was still able to enjoy myself, but definitely felt lot of inner alchemy taking place 💫

There was loads of stuff happening at the festival - different workshops etc - and I really enjoyed dancing, spending time in the woods and singing around the campfires 🔥✨️

I didn't take many pictures, as I was flowing in the moment, but I did capture some pictures of the fairy track and the butterfly on my face haha - and some kind of owl sculpture!

I've been integrating all my different insights and reflections since coming home .. wondering who I'll become on the other side of such alchemy 🔥✨️🕊🦋

It's exciting - to open up to new possibilities and horizons! And allow my light to shine through more brightly 🌞

It's time for all of us to expand - to step more into our fullest potential!

It can feel scary at times, but Life wants you to be in your fullest expression 🥳

ELEMENTAL NATURE CONNECTION 🌳🌬🔥💦✨️

Hey all!

I am going to be creating different events and ceremonies in Nature - in honour of the elements and the land 🌳🌸✨️🌱🌹🍂💦☯️

Being in Nature can be really healing and restorative, helping us to ground and relax 🌳🧘‍♂️✨️

We are a part of Nature - and spending time immersed in it can bring us home to our true selves!

In these events and ceremonies, we will connect deeply with the land and the energies of the different seasons, working with the Celtic Wheel of the Year 🌱🌹🍂❄️

There shall be meditations, mindful walking and other exercises to help us connect to the consciousness of the trees, plants, rocks and streams - opening ourselves to receiving the gifts and wisdom of Nature.

Also, we will sing songs and mantras to honour Mother Earth and the elemental energies that weave this physical world into being 🔥💦🌳🌬✨️

The magic of summer's blooming 🌹🌼🌸🌻✨️

I was amazed by the vibrancy of these flowers - they looked so enchanted and full of Life!

Nature is in her fully glory now - can you find the time to slow down to witness her thriving splendour?

Summer can be such an active time of year for people, but can you also stop and smell the roses? 🌹✨️

There is an invitation in July to rest in the lazy dance of the summer's blooming - to relax and admire the radiant beauty of it all!

Can we celebrate our own inner sunshine radiating at this time?

Can we give thanks for what is blooming in our own lives?

Kirtan at the LoveHerder festival ❤️✨️

It was such a joy to share the mantras at LoveHerder "Getting High on Life" - it was a lovely camp and gathering!

I felt really nourished after being in the Yorkshire dales for five days - and shared some beautiful moments and connections with other people 🕊✨️🌳🌈🧚‍♂️

The elemental energies of the land felt really special too!

Happy International Faerie Day! 🧚‍♂️✨️

Honouring the Nature spirits and elemental energies that weave this world into physical being!

We are all a part of this great web of Life - and this day honours the heritage of the old faerie tradition and folkloric tales 🌸✨️🧚‍♂️🌳🌈

For me, my connection to Nature is deeply sacred - and I give thanks for all She provides!

The whimsy of the fae is very much a part of this experience - the magical aliveness and beauty of all things ..

Everything is animate .. every rock, tree, mountain, river and flame has its own consciousness that we can communicate with!

It's always so beautiful and miraculous to see the land flower and blossom!

We too go through our own cycles of death and rebirth - our own internal seasons and transformation 🌊🔥🌳💨✨️

How magical it is when new life emerges in the springtime 🥳✨️🌱

Everything around us is alive 🪨🌳⛰️🌲🌊🌷

The rocks, trees, mountains, flowing streams .. all of it!

I went to the peak district this weekend and could really feel the consciousness that resided in all things - the essence and lifeforce that shines through everything ✨️

It was wonderful to see this magical aliveness - and sense how everything was animated by the Web of Life!

We visited stone circles, ancient woodland, roving hills and a majestic cave - and it reminded me just how connected we are to Mother Nature 🌳✨️🌷🌊🔥🐦🧚‍♂️

We are a part of the grand web - in the mix of the swirling elemental energies that weave this world into being!

Shamanically, we can connect to the consciousness of the natural world - that of the trees and different power animals etc - for guidance and wisdom 🗿🌲✨️🐦🌸🌼🌱🐸

Next time you venture out into Nature, see if you can slow down and tune in with the aliveness of it all ..

You may begin to sense how it's all interconnected .. that you're a part of Nature and it's a part of you!

My next laughter yoga class is on Friday 28th 😄✨️

From 6pm til 7pm at Ullet Road Unitarian Church ✨️

Laughter is a great way to melt stress and fill your body with feelgood endorphins 😄

It also helps you reconnect to your inner child - your playfulness and natural joy!

Laughter Yoga is a very silly and playful practice - and can help you access laughter and joy without needing a reason!
