Celtic sea salt has lower levels of sodium (33%) than other salts (some 98%) making it a better alternative to other salt if you’re at a greater risk of higher blood pressure. It also has a lovely array of 34 trace minerals. The salt gets its naturally moist feel (the more moist the lower the sodium) and grey colour because it is gently hand harvested from unique mineral rich clay beds off the coast of France 🇫🇷
